Once you subscribe to the pack of your choice, you will then be billed for your first box of the first month and you will automatically be set on a recurring payment schedule per subscription box. You will be charged for your box between the 1st and 7th day of each month.
If you place your order between the 8th to 31st day of every month, your first box will be shipped within 2-3 days (not including weekends and holidays)of your purchase. If you place your order between the 1st to 7th day of every month, your order will be shipped after the 8th day.
(Ex: If you subscribe any day from 4/8-4/30, your first box will be shipped within 2-3 days after the charge is complete, but if you subscribe any day from 5/1~5/7, your first box will be shipped after 5/8.)
To change your subscription details or cancel your subscription entirely, you must do so before the first day of the month to affect that month’s box. If you make a change on or after the first day of the month, the change will affect the following month’s box.
If your credit card payment fails and you do not update it by the 14th of the month, your subscription will be cancelled.
If you have received your box, then you have been charged for that specific subscription box. If you decide to cancel, your cancellation will apply to the next month's box, so you do not have to return any products you received. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on our boxes.

You will be asked for the email address that is linked to your account to answer your security question. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password within one hour. Follow the link to set a new password and log in successfully.
We are not currently offering any promotions to distribute a box for free.
Our subscriptions are non-refundable. We are not able to offer refunds or partial refunds once the order has been processed.
Your box will always be shipped to the address on file when your payment is processed. Address changes must be made prior to the first day of the month in order for the address change to take effect for that month's shipping.
(Ex. To change the shipping address for your June Box, you must update your address by May 31 at the latest.)
Customer satisfaction is crucial to us when it comes to loyal service. We will always do our best to offer you a replacement for your damaged and missing items or missing boxes.
If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage alongside the shipping label on your box, and we will be more than happy to assist you. Both items must be photographed together in the same picture.
If you are missing an item from your box, please be sure to inform us within 14 days of receiving your box.
If you are missing more than one item, please be sure to send us a picture of your box showing all contents received within 14 days of receiving your box.
You will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe for the current month's box. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled between the 1st to 7th day of each following month.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has been received, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

Skin Pi’s Subscription Box is currently only available in the U.S. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time; however, we are working to change this and will let you know as soon as we begin shipping to these areas.
All boxes will arrive within a three to five day period (not including weekends and holidays) around the 8th day of every month. You will receive an email when your box ships so you can track it to your doorstep.
