The product I want is out of stock. What do I do?
Some product pages are equipped with an "email me" feature that allows us to notify you when your desired product is back in stock, if the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock", revisit the site at a later date.
How do I check the status of an order that have placed?
You can check the status of an existing order by using the tracking number that was emailed to you. If a tracking number has not been sent, you may email customer service at support@skinpi.com or call customer support at 1-800-838-8385.
Where can I find out how to apply Skin Pi products?
You can refer to the "To Use" tab that is featured on each product page for quick and easy instructions. You can also read the blog posts on the Skin Pi website or watch the video tutorials on how to apply each product.
How do I change or cancel my order?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
I'd like to be added to your mailing list. What do I do?
Enter your email into the submission space we have on our homepage of our website to be added to our mailing list.
How do I get a list of ingredients for one of your products?
All ingredients are listed under each product.
How do I know which product is right for my type of skin?
Skin Pi encourages all customers to watch our videos to determine what product you think would work for your individual skin type.
I haven't received my order/ items are missing from my order/ my shipment is late. What do I do?
Track order through link that was emailed after purchase or contact Skin Pi's customer service line at 1-800-838-3385.
Does skin pi offer free samples? If so, how can I receive free samples?
Not at this time.
How much is the Sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged for orders being shipped in the state of California.
I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check the billing address on the card and check if it matches to your account billing address. Double check the CVN or security code and expiration date to ensure the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered, try a second attempt. If another error message is received, contact 1-800-838-8385 or contact your credit card company for further assistance.

RETURN POLICY

Are returns free?
Skin Pi does offer free returns.
How does the return process work? (Are we provided with the label?)
You must contact Skin Pi through email. We will then print and email return label with an estimated weight and cost. Packages are not available for pick up. Client must drop package at nearest FedEx location.
How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?
Once Skin Pi receives the returned items, your account should be credited within 2-3 business days.
I received the wrong product. Can I return it?
Yes. You must contact Skin Pi and provide the UPC code (underneath the barcode on back of item) for tracking purposes. We will then send a return label for the item to be dropped off at the nearest FedEx location.
Does Skin Pi offer orders by phone?
Yes, we do offer telephone orders through the skin pi customer service line or live chat.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free. One day overnight shipping is a flat rate of $20. Two day shipping is a flat rate of $12.
How Will My Order be Shipped?
All of our products ship through Federal Express.
My item(s) arrived damaged. What should do?
Customer must email picture confirmation for damaged product. Skin Pi can either offer a full refund or the customer may return damaged item.
Approximately how long does it take for orders to be processed & shipped?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Depending on shipping request, orders are typically shipped out within 7-10 business days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Skin Pi only ships within the US and Canada.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You will be asked for the email address that is linked to your account to answer your security question. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password within one hour. Follow the link to set a new password.
How do I change my email address?
Click the "My Account" link on the Skin Pi website and follow instructions to change or add an email address to your Skin Pi account.
